Qualifications

• 3+ years banking experience with focus on treasury management/cash management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience; 4+ years in banking/treasury management in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop profitable treasury management relationships.
• Retain and deepen existing customer relationships.
• Prospect new TM opportunities and drive pipeline.
• Prepare customer proposals and price/structure solutions.
• Collaborate with regional partners and relationship managers.
• Cross-sell other bank products and monitor competitor offerings.
• Maintain weekly and monthly sales results and enter data accurately.
• Mentor Treasury Management colleagues when needed.
