First Merchants Bank is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Product Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and lifecycle of a broad portfolio of treasury products. The role collaborates with Commercial Banking, Treasury Sales, Operations, Technology, Digital, Risk, Compliance and Marketing to drive growth, innovation, and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of six years of Treasury Management, Payments, Product Management, or related financial services disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience managing product portfolios, strategic roadmaps, and enterprise-level initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and evolve product strategies for Treasury Management and related payments objectives.
• Own the strategic roadmap for Treasury Management products and capabilities; prioritize investments and enhancements.
• Align product strategy with growth objectives like deposits, fee income, and digital adoption.
• Identify market opportunities through client behavior analysis, industry trends, and regulatory developments.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy and design through implementation and retirement.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, Digital Banking, and external vendors to implement improvements.
• Drive innovation initiatives including real-time payments, AI, API integration, and fraud prevention.
• Promote ongoing modernization of product capabilities and service delivery models.
• Gather client feedback and market intelligence to translate needs into product enhancements.
• Support key client engagements and executive-level treasury discussions.
• Represent the bank in industry forums and vendor relationships.
