Job summary

NBT Bank is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Sales Officer to grow a regional business customer portfolio with depository and TM solutions. You will lead a sales team, educate clients and colleagues on products, pricing and operations, and drive growth in fee income and deposits.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years TM sales experience, and strong leadership and presentation abilities. Travel >50% and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Seven years TM sales or relevant TM experience.
• CTP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sales: structure and sell new treasury management solutions to major and complex business customers.
• Lead all elements of the sales cycle and manage prospect pipeline.
• Develop independent channels to prospect and grow Treasury Management relationships.
• Evaluate pricing and tailor proposals to optimize profitability and win business.
• Deliver customized proposals to major clients and train TM Analysts.
