City National Bank is seeking a senior Sales Officer for Treasury Management to lead the development and direct sale of treasury management products to new clients and expand relationships with existing customers.

The role requires deep expertise in cash management, collaboration with relationship managers, and the ability to design service solutions that optimize clients’ cash usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of cash management sales experience in a financial services environment.
• Minimum 4 years experience in managing/supporting medium to large account relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify needs and quantify service/product benefits for targeted clients and prospects in the territory.
• Develop treasury management sales plans with managers to support new and existing clients.
• Coordinate client proposals and ensure proper implementation of services.
• Expand existing relationships through cross-selling treasury management products and services.
• Provide product/service information and training to line units to support business development and client retention.
• Stay current on market conditions and industry trends to inform sales strategies.
