U.S. Bank is seeking a regional leader for Treasury Management and Payments Sales, responsible for guiding a high-performing team to win new business and manage existing portfolios.

You will hire, coach, and hold team members accountable while collaborating with market leaders and partners to drive revenue growth. In this role you will use solution selling to source new business, track portfolio performance, and meet annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of financial solutions selling or related experience.
• 7+ years of sales coaching experience.
• Strong leadership in markets to drive results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presenting to large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Consultants to grow pipeline, revenue and close business.
• Provide Treasury Management support and leadership to markets/divisions.
• Achieve and maintain assigned pipeline requirements.
• Set expectations, measure results, and communicate rewards and consequences.
• Coach on improving sales performance.
• Coordinate strategy with relationship management and partners.
• Eliminate non-revenue obstacles for sales force.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Travel at least 50%.
