Regions is seeking a Treasury Management Relationship Manager to develop new treasury management business and expand existing client relationships in a dynamic market. You will drive sales strategy, engage with clients, and collaborate with Product Management to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

The role requires strong negotiation and leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a track record of mentoring others. Travel is minimal and an incentive plan may apply.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in Treasury Services Sales or related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED and 8+ years in Treasury Services Sales or related experience.

Mansioni

• Develops sales strategy for the market to meet/exceed new sales and portfolio goals.
• Meets with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities and provide information on products, services, and applications.
• Calls on prospective and current clients to identify needs, propose solutions and address servicing issues.
• Works with Product Management Partners to develop sales proposals and pricing strategies.
• Conducts treasury services relationship reviews on top clients.
• Presents treasury service product training for officers and managers to keep them informed of products and services.
• Maintains up-to-date treasury management industry knowledge through training and literature.
• Overnight travel is minimal.
