Job summary

One Community Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Client Relationship Manager to retain and expand a portfolio of business clients by deepening Treasury Management and deposit relationships. You will ensure clients receive cash-management guidance and responsive support while helping the bank grow core deposits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of banking experience or related experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Treasury Management officer and day-to-day contact for your client portfolio
• Maintain a regular calling cadence with existing clients to uncover needs, align to goals, and develop new commercial deposit and Treasury Management opportunities
• Lead relationship reviews and recommend solutions such as ACH origination, Remote Deposit Capture, business online banking, IntraFI, and Positive Pay/Blocks and Filters
• Provide Treasury Management expertise in meetings with current and prospective clients and coordinate closely with internal partners
• Oversee implementations and ongoing service support; resolve issues quickly and communicate clearly through completion
• Stay current on competitor offerings, rates, and market trends
• Partner with Commercial Bankers, Retail leadership, Portfolio Managers, Operations, and Treasury Support; represent the bank at community events; provide local coverage and occasional travel
