Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Treasury Management Advisor II in Dallas to acquire and deepen treasury management relationships. You will prospect new opportunities, structure and present customer proposals, and collaborate with regional partners to drive TM opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years in banking with treasury/cash management focus, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a preference for CTP or similar credentials.

Qualifications

• Three or more years banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience of 4 or more years in banking and/or Treasury Management in lieu of degree.
• CTP or other professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop treasury management opportunities.
• Structure pricing and proposals for clients.
• Build and execute relationship plans with partners and managers.
• Cross-sell bank products and stay informed on competitor offerings.
• Proactively manage banker relationships with routine reviews and joint calls.
• Enter weekly data and monitor sales results for accuracy.
• Mentor Treasury Management colleagues as needed.
• Act as a positive agent for Huntington's evolving products and strategies.
