Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is hiring for the Traveler Care Team in the United States. We seek positive, energetic travel counselors to deliver end-to-end, white-glove travel services from home in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle frontline support, policy guidance, ticketing, and customer satisfaction, with training and quality monitoring to ensure high service delivery. Proficiency in Sabre or Amadeus and Office 365 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Travel Consultant and Customer Service experience.
• Advanced knowledge of global points of sale and international routings.
• Proficiency in Sabre or Amadeus and Office 365 products.

Responsibilities

• Frontline travel counselor support; guide team on policy, ticketing, customer service.
• Prioritize workload; direct team to meet contracted SLAs.
• Training and quality monitoring to ensure high service delivery.
• Build relationships and communicate with team, leaders, clients, coordinators, and suppliers.
• Resolve disruptions, escalations, exchanges, waitlists, and complex fare issues.
• Create and maintain training and reference materials.
• Book and manage global air, hotel, rail, and ground travel bookings.
