American Express Global Business Travel seeks energized travel counselors for its Traveler Care Team in a remote US role. You will provide end-to-end travel services, guided by policy, and maintain exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 5+ years in travel and customer service, proficiency with Sabre or Amadeus, and strong communication skills. Weekend shifts and 24/7 coverage are part of the schedule with flexible benefits.

Competenze

• 5+ years of travel consultant and customer service experience.
• Advanced knowledge of global POS and international routings.
• Proficiency with GDS Sabre or Amadeus and Office 365.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and independently.
• Multitasks effectively in fast-paced environments with follow-through.
• Integrity, accountability and initiative are essential.
• Team-oriented, positive attitude and openness to feedback.
• Experience in Entertainment or VIP travel is a plus.

Mansioni

• Frontline travel counselor support and policy/ticketing guidance.
• Prioritize workload and direct team to meet SLAs.
• Training and quality monitoring to ensure service excellence.
• Build relationships with team, leaders, clients, coordinators and suppliers.
• Resolve disruptions, escalations, exchanges, waitlists, and fare issues.
• Provide feedback via coaching sessions and updates on policy changes.
• Create and maintain training and reference materials.
• Book and manage global air, hotel, rail and ground travel.
