American Express Global Business Travel is seeking experienced travel counselors for our Global Entertainment Hub. This role offers remote work with a 24/7 support environment and weekend shift options, focusing on end-to-end travel services, policy guidance, and complex issue resolution.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in travel consulting and customer service, strong GDS skills (Sabre/Amadeus), and solid knowledge of global routings. Excellent communication and proactive teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Travel Consultant and Customer Service experience.
• Advanced knowledge of global points of sale and international routings.
• Proficiency in native GDS (Sabre or Amadeus) and Microsoft 365 (O365).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and initiative.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and openness to feedback.
• Background in Entertainment, News, Sports, Production, VIP or Publicity travel is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide frontline travel counselor support and guidance on policy, ticketing, and customer service.
• Prioritize workload and direct team to meet contracted SLAs.
• Contribute to training and quality monitoring to ensure service excellence.
• Build strong relationships with team, leaders, clients, coordinators, and suppliers.
• Resolve disruptions, exchanges, waitlists, and complex fare issues.
• Deliver feedback through coaching sessions and knowledge sharing.
