NTT DATA is seeking a Transportation Consulting, Sr. Manager to join our team remotely in the US. You will lead transportation sourcing, network optimization, technology and operational improvement initiatives to deliver measurable business value for clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior stakeholders, data-driven decision making, and building strong client relationships while mentoring junior consultants. Travel 20%-40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Business, Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience leading and delivering transportation sourcing projects and/or transportation management system implementations.
• 7+ years of experience applying optimization and simulation techniques to transportation and supply chain challenges.
• 7+ years of experience utilizing Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and client presentations.
• 7+ years of experience applying quantitative methods and analytical tools to transportation decision-making.
• 5+ years of experience using data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing junior staff members.
• Willingness and ability to travel 20%-40% based on project requirements and client demand.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation consulting engagements including sourcing, network optimization, technology, and operational improvements.
• Manage and deliver transportation consulting solutions to clients.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout project execution.
• Interface with clients to acquire data and insights.
• Develop executive materials and client deliverables.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and analysts.
• Travel 20-40% as required.
