The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI development, and stakeholder collaboration, including travel expectations of 10-15% and budget management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications are desirable
• 4+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI

Responsibilities

• Conduct transportation network data analytics and reporting to identify cost reductions and service improvements
• Lead and manage transportation-related projects from conception to completion
• Act as liaison between internal teams and external 3PL carriers
• Develop and monitor KPIs to assess fleet performance and trends
• Manage budgets and timelines for projects
• Identify opportunities for process standardization and improvement in transportation operations
• Proactively resolve complex transportation challenges using data-driven methods
