Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration preferred
• 4+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management
• Proven experience in project management with timelines and budgets
• Exceptional analytical skills with ability to work with large datasets
• Proficiency with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Transportation Network Data Analytics and Reporting: analyze transportation network data, develop dashboards and reports, and provide data-driven recommendations
• Operational Improvement Project Management: lead transportation-related projects from conception to completion with scope, timelines, and budgets
• Stakeholder Management: liaise between internal teams and external 3PL carriers
• Data Analysis & KPI Reporting: monitor KPIs, identify trends, and present insights to leadership
• Budget & Timeline Management: manage project budgets and schedules
• Process Optimization: identify opportunities for standardization and improvements in transportation operations
• Problem Solving: proactively address complex transportation challenges
