Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Sales, Marketing
• Vendor or industry certifications are a plus
• Experience using Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM platform

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts within Commercial Services, Retail, and Hospitality.
• Drive revenue growth through account expansion, cross-selling, upselling, and renewals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities generated through internal teams and prospecting.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders, including executives.
• Understand customer priorities and align solutions to address objectives.
• Proactively manage account health and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver solutions.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM.
