Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years leading and delivering transportation sourcing projects and/or TMS implementations.
• 3+ years applying optimization and simulation to supply chain challenges.
• 1+ years leading or managing junior staff.
• 3+ years using Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
• 5+ years Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and client presentations.
• 5+ years applying quantitative methods to transportation decisions.
• Willingness to travel 20-40% based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation consulting solutions for clients and deliver on project plans.
• Serve as primary client contact during project execution.
• Interface with clients to gather data and operational insights.
• Develop executive-level presentation materials and deliverables.
• Coordinate project resources and consulting staff.
• Apply quantitative techniques to improve transportation performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance NTT DATA methodologies and tools.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and analysts.
• Build strong client relationships through communication and leadership.
• Travel 20%-40% as required by projects.
