Job summary

VITRONIC Machine Vision is seeking a Senior New Client Implementation Manager to lead complex, high-impact client implementations for our traffic safety and transportation solutions. You will bridge strategy and execution, ensuring projects meet objectives, stay on schedule, and comply with budget and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years leading complex client implementations from initiation to completion.
• Strong project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and budgeting experience.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and corporate office up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact during municipal, transportation, and government program implementations.
• Define and execute implementation roadmaps across multiple workstreams.
• Lead system integration, QA, and client onboarding/migration for transportation solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and support teams to deliver scalable tech solutions.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and compliance considerations throughout the lifecycle.
• Document project standards, reporting, and training for government stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth handoffs from implementation to live production and long-term support.
• Drive customer satisfaction by meeting regulatory requirements and expectations.
