Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Solutions Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate across project teams for the Advanced Traffic Management Systems program. You will oversee execution, integration, staffing, and client engagement while driving operational excellence.

The role requires senior-level leadership, deep technology experience, and a track record delivering complex transportation solutions with strong communication skills and strategic vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience delivering complex technology programs.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience managing technical and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing project budgets, delivery commitments, and client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of systems integration, software development, networking, infrastructure, and operational support environments.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery teams across the ATMS program with analysts, PMs and technical specialists.
• Manage project execution, budget performance, staffing, and resource planning.
• Oversee delivery, maintenance, upgrades, support, and recovery efforts for the ATMS program.
• Provide leadership for project risk management, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.
• Act as senior client liaison for transportation agencies and strategic customers.
• Coordinate with teams spanning PM, software, infrastructure, networking, databases, and field technologies.
• Drive operational excellence through workflows, reporting, and tool utilization (Jira, service platforms).
• Support growth through solution innovation and strategic planning.
