Jobvite, Inc. seeks an Implementation Consultant to deliver high-level professional services, consulting, and education on Tyler software products for complex projects.

You will analyze client processes, define software requirements, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with product teams while traveling extensively to client sites. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience as an Implementation Consultant or equivalent.
• Strong client engagement, collaboration, and customer service experience.
• Expert knowledge in identifying and documenting client processes and data.
• Proven ability to negotiate and influence clients with viable solutions.
• Attention to detail in defining complex software requirements and processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking in technical environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across audiences.
• Knowledge of relational databases and data flow concepts is helpful.
• Experience with creating/executing software test plans is helpful.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Visio).
• Experience mentoring less experienced team members.
• Ability to contribute to process improvements.
• Knowledge of discipline-specific concepts is desirable.
• Exceptional presentation and knowledge transfer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional services and education on Tyler software products for complex projects.
• Consult as a knowledge resource on features and solutions to meet client needs.
• Identify, analyze, and document client processes and data for projects.
• Define complex software requirements and perform gap analyses.
• Advise on changes to client work processes for efficient software solutions.
• Document business/technical requirements for software design and configuration.
• Collaborate with PMs, management, and technical staff to resolve issues.
• Mentor junior implementation team members.
• Assist sales with pre-contract analysis or implementation knowledge.
• Prepare client-facing and internal documentation, tips, and how-tos.
• Travel extensively to client sites and support QA as needed.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and product enhancements.
• Participate in user events and facilitate modules/topics discussions.
• Document trip reports, timesheets, and weekly expenses.
