Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Proposal Specialist III to support transportation proposals. This hybrid role blends remote and on-site duties, with base location possibilities in Denver, CO and the Western Region.

You will lead major proposals, guide go/no-go decisions, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and BD teams to win work. Responsibilities include managing RFI/RFP responses, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality, tailored resumes and past performance sections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience managing design proposals and winning work.
• Strong proposal strategy development, compliance, and production knowledge.
• Understanding of marketing best practices and tools.
• Proficient with Creative Cloud and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead major proposals and presentations from pre-RFP to interview stage.
• Coordinate responses to RFIs/RFQs/RFPs with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure print, digital and oral deliverables meet branding and format guidelines.
• Provide editing, resumes, and past performance content for proposals.
• Oversee quality reviews and process improvements across bids.
