AECOM is seeking a Proposal Specialist III to support the transportation business line proposals. This role offers leadership, compliance oversight, skilled writing, and creative support for high-priority pursuits across the West, including interaction with the West transportation marketing team and staff.

• Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years in design proposals or equivalent experience.
• Strong proposal and presentation strategy development and compliance.
• Solid knowledge of marketing best practices and procedures and tooling.
• Proficiency with Creative Cloud (InDesign) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
• Able to produce accurate, compliant, and compelling work independently and with teams.
• Excellent writing skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead major proposals and presentations from pre-RFP positioning through interviews.
• Coordinate with West transportation marketing team, operations, and support staff.
• Oversee print, electronic, and oral proposal deliverables and strategy development.
• Provide market research, competitive intelligence, and data support for proposal planning.
• Guide pursuit teams on schedules, templates, content planning, and production; lead resumes/past performance writing.
• Ensure RFP formatting and brand guidelines are followed; support revisions and reviews.
• Willing to work extended hours during peak proposal periods.
