Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in designing proposals and winning work

Responsibilities

• Lead major proposals and presentations from pre-RFP positioning through interviews
• Ensure bid compliance and schedule by applying standard pursuit processes
• Produce print, electronic and oral proposal deliverables
• Provide market research and competitive intelligence to support strategy
• Mentor pursuit teams on content planning, messaging and production
• Edit resumes and past performance sections for proposals
• Ensure RFP formatting and brand guidelines are followed
• Support pink and red team reviews and apply lessons learned to proposals
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods
