AECOM is seeking a Proposal Specialist III to support the transportation business line. You will lead major proposals from pre-RFP positioning through interviews, coordinating with marketing, operations and staff to ensure compliant, compelling submissions.

You’ll manage print, electronic and oral deliverables, contribute market insights, and mentor pursuit teams on schedules and content. AECOM emphasizes collaboration and quality in bids and communications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience managing design proposals, in particular winning work for facility design-bid-build and design-build pursuits.
• A developed understanding of effective proposal and presentation strategy development and compliance and writing and production.
• A detailed knowledge of marketing best practices and procedures, work processes, and tools.
• A strong working knowledge of the Creative Cloud Suite including InDesign as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• A working knowledge of collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.
• Ability to produce accurate, compliant, and compelling work independently and with others.
• Excellent writing skills, with an aptitude and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Leads major proposals and presentations from pre-RFP positioning through interviews.
• Participates in go/no-go and green-light analyses in compliance with delegation of authority guidelines, capture planning and positioning activities.
• Interfaces with technical and BD staff to develop submittals and materials to win new contracts and to manage information infrastructure.
• Provides leadership and direction to pursuit teams for proposals, including schedule, templates, compliance, content planning, messaging and production.
• Provides document design, ensuring RFP instructions and internal brand guidelines are followed.
• Writes and edits tailored resumes and past performance sections for proposals; performs grammar and technical editing.
• Facilitates reviews and implements revisions based on review teams; supports special projects and extended hours during peak periods.
