AECOM is seeking a Proposal Specialist III to lead major proposals and presentations for the West transportation market. The role collaborates with marketing, operations, and staff to ensure compliant, compelling submissions and strategic positioning.

Hybrid work arrangement is available, with base options in Denver and the Western Region. Candidates should bring writing excellence, design-presentation skills, and a track record of winning pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience managing design proposals; winning work for facility design-bid-build and design-build pursuits or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of effective proposal and presentation strategy development, compliance, and writing and production.
• Knowledge of marketing best practices, processes, and tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Creative Cloud Suite including InDesign as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.
• Ability to produce accurate, compliant, and compelling work independently and with others.
• Excellent writing skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead major proposals and presentations from pre-RFP positioning through interview stage.
• Participate in go/no-go and green light analyses in line with delegation of authority.
• Develop submittals and materials to win new contracts and manage information infrastructure.
• Provide leadership to pursuit teams for proposals, including schedule, templates, compliance, content planning, messaging and production.
• Edit resumes and past performance sections and ensure RFP instructions and brand guidelines are followed.
