AECOM is seeking a Proposal Specialist III to support the transportation business line proposals. Working with the West transportation marketing team, this role provides leadership, compliance oversight, skilled writing, and creative support for high-priority pursuits across the West.

Responsibilities include leading proposals from pre-RFP positioning through interviews. The role blends remote and in-office work, with potential bases in Denver or the Western Region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of proposal management experience.
• Experience in design-bid-build or design-build pursuits.
• Strong proposal strategy, writing, and production skills.
• Knowledge of marketing best practices and tools.
• Proficiency with Creative Cloud (InDesign) and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Lead major proposals and presentations from pre-RFP positioning through interviews.
• Coordinate with West transportation marketing team, operations, and support staff.
• Ensure bid compliance and on-time deliverables.
• Provide market research and competitive intelligence.
• Oversee print, electronic, and oral proposal deliverables.
• Lead writer/editor for resumes and past performance sections.
• Support pink/red team reviews and revisions.
• Work extended hours during peak proposal periods.
