Job summary

HDR is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead the management of large, complex infrastructure programs within HDR’s Transportation segment. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, engage with clients, and drive program success across engineering, planning, construction, and environmental disciplines.

You will mentor teams, promote governance and risk management, and work on high-profile projects across various regions. HDR emphasizes employee ownership and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Professional licenses/certifications (PE, PMP, PgMP, CMAA, or CMA) are preferred or required.
• Ten years of program management experience with at least four years as a Senior PM and multiple large programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial and community aspects.
• Direct program execution across disciplines including planning, design, procurement and construction.
