Job summary
Cardinal Health is seeking a senior transportation analytics leader to drive network design, cost optimization, and service excellence across the enterprise. You will lead a team of transportation network design specialists and collaborate with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain Planning, Sales, and 3PL carriers to align initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
- 8+ years in transportation analytics, network design, or data modeling.
- Knowledge of domestic transportation modes, regulations, and warehousing operations.
- Experience with network optimization and analytics tools (Descartes WinRoute, Alteryx).
- Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to present data to technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of transportation network design specialists.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics capabilities and service optimization.
- Optimize routing and location strategies with advanced modeling.
- Design and maintain routing solutions that reduce costs.
- Conduct cost-to-serve and fleet analysis to support decisions.
- Apply statistics, regression, and optimization to improve processes.
- Lead transportation cost modeling and support customer negotiations.
- Develop new logistics capabilities through standardized processes.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain Planning, Sales and 3PLs.
- Translate analytics into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Ensure designs align with real-world transport and warehousing.
