You will drive standard operating practices, coach Transportation Managers, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering reliable, on-time deliveries to customers. • Broad knowledge of transportation/delivery operations, methods and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Experience with DOT, OSHA or related regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Achieve safety, service, and cost targets in Transportation; lead with a safety mindset.
• Oversee and develop Transportation Managers through coaching and policy training.
• Develop drivers and Transportation staff; monitor performance and address gaps.
• Drive associate engagement and retention; coach for service and safety objectives.
