US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Transportation to lead a safety‑driven, cost-conscious transportation operation in Florida.

You will oversee Managers and drivers, drive performance, and ensure on‑time outbound shipments to customers and other centers while maintaining compliance with DOT and internal policies. The role requires strong leadership, people development, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Competenze

• Minimum of five years in transportation/delivery supervision.
• Broad knowledge of transportation/delivery operations, methods and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
• Understanding of DOT, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.

Mansioni

• Achieve safety, service, and cost targets in Transportation.
• Oversee and develop Transportation Managers and drivers.
• Monitor performance, coach, and address gaps; drive engagement.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and company regulations; implement cost-reduction strategies.
