Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead/mentor professional and administrative staff.
• Review and process PS&E submissions, specifications and provisions.
• Coordinate development of integrated project plans and schedules for efficient project execution.
• Perform advanced engineering design work including layouts, plans, and estimates.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, policies, and guidelines.
