Qualifications
15+ years of experience in transportation and/or highway engineering.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas or ability to obtain.
Deep expertise with AASHTO, TxDOT, and local design criteria.
Lead large, complex transportation and highway design projects across Texas.
Provide strategic oversight of project delivery, quality, schedules, and budgets.
Review and certify engineering plans to meet compliance standards.
Mentor, coach, and develop engineers and technical staff.
