Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in transportation and/or highway engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas or ability to obtain.
• Deep expertise with AASHTO, TxDOT, and local design criteria.
• Proven experience delivering large, complex transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex transportation and highway design projects across Texas.
• Provide strategic oversight of project delivery, quality, schedules, and budgets.
• Review and certify engineering plans to meet compliance standards.
• Mentor, coach, and develop engineers and technical staff.
