Consor seeks a Transportation Design-Build Manager to lead complex transportation infrastructure projects from pursuit through construction, coordinating design teams, construction personnel, clients, and stakeholders to align scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, review progress, mentor staff, and contribute to business growth through proposals and strategic planning, in a role with a hybrid work model.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience delivering transportation infrastructure projects including design-build.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience managing large-scale highway, roadway, bridge, or transit projects.
• Strong understanding of design-build delivery methods and DOT processes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through all project phases.
• Knowledge of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, risk and quality management.
• Proven success in client relationships with DOTs and municipalities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel to client sites and project locations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transportation design-build projects through all phases: planning, design, procurement, construction, closeout.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, constructors, and subconsultants.
• Serve as primary client contact, maintaining relationships with agencies and stakeholders.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management activities.
• Direct design integration for constructability and efficiency.
• Partner with construction leadership to reduce costs and accelerate schedules.
• Facilitate coordination meetings and lead project execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Lead pursuit activities: proposals, technical approaches, staffing, and interviews.
• Review contracts, manage changes, and address claims avoidance.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and agency requirements.
• Mentor project managers and staff; support business development.
• Collaborate with leaders to pursue new opportunities in transportation design-build.
• Promote safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Provide executive reporting on status, finances, risks, and milestones.
