Consor seeks a Transportation Design-Build Manager to lead complex transportation infrastructure programs from pursuit through construction. You will coordinate diverse teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships across DOTs and municipalities.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, PE license, 15+ years of design-build experience, and proven leadership and communication skills. Travel to project sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• 15+ years of progressive experience delivering transportation infrastructure projects with design-build experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships with DOTs and municipalities.

Responsabilités

• Lead transportation design-build projects from planning through closeout.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, constructors, subconsultants, and contractors.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain relationships with transportation agencies and stakeholders.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management activities.
• Direct design integration to ensure constructability and alignment with project objectives.
• Identify innovative solutions to reduce cost, accelerate schedules, and improve delivery.
• Provide executive-level reporting on project status, finances, risks, and milestones.
