Job summary

Consor Engineers seeks a Resident Engineer to support transportation construction projects through all phases, ensuring contract compliance and field coordination. You will report to the project manager and oversee contractor activities in line with design specs and contractual requirements.

Qualified candidates bring a B.S. in civil engineering or construction management and at least ten years of construction management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as required in civil engineering or construction management.
• Minimum ten years of building construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Outdoor field work environment; weather and site conditions may vary.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 35 lbs and frequent mobility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project administration across the construction cycle, including technical and financial aspects.
• Manage construction projects from contract award through completion.
• Assist with contractor coordination and scheduling.
• Maintain budget and schedule, ensuring contractual commitments are met.
• Provide construction monitoring and weekly project status reports.
