The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills to lead cross-functional CI initiatives and sustain improvements for Transportation Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or supply chain.
• 5+ years in transportation or supply chain industry.
• Experience in Transportation Management, Dedicated, FTL, LTL.
• Proficiency in PowerBI/Tableau, SQL and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs statistical analysis. Maps and documents processes.
• Independently identifies process gaps; recommends and implements process improvement.
• Develop and manage a thorough, effective continuous improvement plan to drive value for customers.
• Drive process improvement activities to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee development.
• Manage CI and engineering projects to improve business results; support go-live and certifications.
• Coach employees in CI and Lean principles; apply PDCA and Kaizen methods.
• Provide regular reports of data to measure progress against site objectives.
