Qualifications

• Transportation experience in Transportation Management, route optimization, hours of service, etc.
• Proficiency in Power BI dashboards and Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; strong MS Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with Appian Direct Route or similar transportation modeling tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs statistical analysis; maps and documents processes.
• Develops and manages continuous improvement plans to drive value for customers.
• Leads CI projects and supports go-live and steady-state certifications.
• Facilitates value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and lean transformation activities.
• Reports progress and provides data-driven recommendations to site leadership.
