Job summary

Key responsibilities include data analysis, dashboard maintenance in Power BI, and leading lean initiatives such as Kaizen and VSM to drive tangible business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years in transportation or supply chain industry.
• Transportation experience necessary (TMS, etc.).
• Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Access, Excel and PowerPoint & Visio (Expert).
• Data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau) and database programming (SQL, DAX).
• Leadership in Leader Standard Work, Visual Management Systems, PDCA, VSM, Kaizen, 5S.

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs statistical analysis; maps and documents processes.
• Develops and manages a continuous improvement plan to drive value for customers.
• Drives CI initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Manages CI/engineering projects; supports go-live certifications and automation.
• Facilitates Value Stream Maps and Kaizen events; coaches on lean methods.
