Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
- 5+ years in Transportation or Supply Chain industry.
- Experience with Transportation Management, Dedicated, FTL, LTL.
- Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; Access experience highly valued.
- Data visualization with Power BI/Tableau; SQL/DAX programming advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Collect data and perform statistical analysis; map and document processes.
- Lead CI and engineering projects; support go-live and certifications.
- Develop and apply Lean tools and engineering methods to improve transportation ops.
- Facilitate and execute Value Stream Maps and Kaizen events; coach on lean methods.
- Provide regular data reports and support Supply Chain strategy.
