Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a CI Manager to lead continuous improvement across multiple operations by promoting data-driven methods, Lean tools, and engineering approaches to boost safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth.

You will influence and manage change through analytics and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires supervising a team of CI engineers and quality professionals, aligning with senior leadership, developing strategic KPIs, and coaching staff in Ryder Business

Qualifications

• Nine (9) years or more in the Distribution, Warehousing and/or Manufacturing, Transportation, Supply Chain Logistics industry required.
• Experience with data analytics and lean methodologies to drive improvements.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with track record of driving change.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of continuous improvement engineering and quality professionals.
• Lead development and execution of strategy, scorecarding and KPI action plans.
• Manage multiple and complex supply chain projects.
• Interact with Senior Management and/or customers.
• Facilitate Value Stream Maps & Kaizen Events across stages.
