Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• CAPM certification or willingness to obtain within two years of entry
• Proven track record managing projects with budget responsibility and timeline adherence
• Ability to work independently and lead teams, manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects across transmission, substation, distribution, gas, and IT with cross-functional teams.
• Control scope, schedule, budget and safety performance; develop recovery plans as needed.
• Interface with stakeholders and present to sponsors and executives.
• Lead project teams, ensure resource allocation, and accountability for tasks.
• Maintain relationships with managers and interfacing organizations; ensure team clarity of responsibilities.
