Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 10 years related experience.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop buildable routing and siting solutions for electric transmission.
• Collaborate with utility staff, developers, and consultants.
• Engage with government agencies, regulators, communities, and landowners.
• Prepare testimony and technical documentation for line route and site selection.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor and develop newer staff.
• Build relationships with HDR and utility staff.
• Travel 10-20%.
• Lead development and strategic planning.
