Job summary

HDR in the United States seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead transmission routing and siting projects. You will own buildable solutions, work with utility staff, regulators, and landowners, and drive projects from scope to completion while mentoring staff and building HDR relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
10 years of related experience.
At least 5 years of project management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, and project management software.

Responsibilities

Develop buildable routing and siting solutions for utility and developer infrastructure.
Collaborate with project teams including utility and developer staff and consultants.
Engage with government agencies, regulators, communities and landowners.
Prepare testimony and technical documentation for defensible line route and facility site selection.
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
Mentor and develop newer staff to produce client deliverables.
Build key relationships with HDR and utility staff.
Travel on average 10-20% of the time.
Perform other duties as needed.
