Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Transmission Line Project Manager to lead high‑voltage and EHV projects across multiple states, including Texas. The role involves managing scope, schedule, budgets, client relations, and QA/QC, with travel to client offices for meetings as needed.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in Power Delivery/Utility PM, strong leadership, and experience with Primavera P6 and EVMS. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field in Power & Energy.
• 10+ years post-education PM experience in Power Delivery/Utility industry.
• 7+ years leading engineering/construction teams for high/extra-high voltage projects.
• Experience with PM processes and tools: contract, meetings, EV, risk, schedule, and finances.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery in Power Delivery/Utility sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV transmission line projects, including budgets, forecasts, margins, and KPIs.
• Engage stakeholders, maintain relationships, and report progress.
• Lead pursuit/initiation activities, Go/No-Go decisions, and contract reviews.
• Occasionally lead contract negotiations and client presentations.
• Drive QA/QC, resource planning, and project documentation updates.
