Job summary

HDR is seeking a Transmission Line Project Manager in the United States. You will lead projects from scope through closeout, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will coordinate client relations, manage QA/QC per HDR standards, and oversee non-engineering tasks such as permitting and right of way when needed. A PE license and PMP are preferred; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• PE license or eligible in licensing board for position location.
• PMP certification preferred.
• MS Office and MS Project proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission projects across the full life cycle (scope, team, execution).
• Track budget, schedule, and quality control to meet parameters.
• Oversee non-engineering components like permitting and ROW when needed.
• Support client relationships and broader business development activities.
