Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking an Engineering Project Manager - Transmission Line to lead HV projects and deliver safe, reliable infrastructure. You will coordinate engineering teams, manage budgets, and engage with stakeholders to drive on-time outcomes.

You will provide technical leadership across design, construction, and commissioning phases while aligning with safety, quality, and performance standards. A PE is preferred and extensive experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in electric utility engineering or management for HV projects.
• BS or graduate degree in engineering from ABET-accredited school; PE preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering scope and oversee technical goals across project lifecycle.
• Act as technical lead during conceptual through closeout phases, including site visits.
• Manage external engineering service providers and KPIs with senior leadership.
• Develop and implement engineering controls, QA standards, and docs.
• Plan staffing, budgets, and resource needs to support growth.
• Mentor and oversee training for engineering staff and colleagues.
