WSP USA seeks a Senior Transmission Line Engineer to join our Power Delivery Team. This role offers flexible work arrangements, including remote work or office-based in the Northeast region, with preferred locations in New York, NY and nearby offices.

Responsibilities include technical leadership for planning, design, and delivery of high-voltage overhead transmission lines, coordination across multidisciplinary teams, and mentorship of staff.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required (multi-state preferred).
• 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in electrical transmission design and related work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute engineering of transmission projects up to 765kV.
• Develop initial project execution layouts and ensure efficient plans.
• Create and maintain project schedules and lead meetings.
• Coordinate with clients on status and support meetings as needed.
• Maintain cross-disciplinary project workflow and communication.
• Forecast requirements to assist resource planning and QA/QC adherence.
• Lead project teams and travel to client offices/fields as required.
