Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Transmission Line Engineer to lead high‑voltage overhead transmission projects (up to 765kV) within the Power Delivery Team. The role offers flexible work arrangements, including remote work and office options across the Southeast.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in electrical transmission, a PE license, and strong PLS-CADD expertise. Travel to client sites and collaboration with clients are expected as part of project execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of post-education experience in electrical transmission design.
• PE license required (multi-state preferred).
• Strong knowledge of NESC, RUS, and GO-95.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering of transmission projects up to 765kV.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and delivery plans.
• Coordinate with clients and multi-disciplinary teams for successful project execution.
• Support PM with scope, budget, and risk management.
