Qualifications

• 12+ years of practicing engineer experience.
• State registration as a Professional Engineer.
• Expert in engineering theories and principles.
• Expert in researching/design issues, evaluating options, and presenting recommendations.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated leadership within the utility industry.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors other engineering professionals.
• Reviews work of subordinate engineers.
• Provides technical leadership and direction at corporate/industry level.
• Guides identification, analysis, and resolution of problems.
• Plans, organizes, estimates, schedules, and monitors work activities.
• Produces thorough technical reports, documents, calculations, and sketches.
• Drives continuous improvement of technical knowledge and skills.
• Maintains accurate records and files.
