Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years’ experience as a practicing engineer.
- State registration as a Professional Engineer.
- An expert in engineering theories and principles.
- An expert in researching engineering and design issues and presenting recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Coaches and mentors other engineers.
- Reviews work of subordinate engineers.
- Provides technical leadership and direction at corporate/industry level.
- Identifies, analyzes, and resolves engineering problems.
- Plans, organizes, estimates, and schedules work activities.
- Produces accurate technical reports, calculations, and sketches.
- Pursues continuous improvement of knowledge and performance.
- Maintains effective written and oral communications.
- Keeps accurate records and files.
