Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management science or related field with 6+ years project/construction management experience.
• Associate degree with 8 years related experience in electric industry or related oversight.
• High school or equivalent with 10 years related experience in electric industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction site management for transmission station and line construction to meet budget, schedule and scope.
• Oversee OSHA safety compliance and environmental policies on site.
• Coordinate with environmental, right-of-way, and procurement teams to ensure permits and material delivery.
• Review drawings, provide feedback, and resolve construction issues during project execution.
• Develop material/equipment plans and oversee outages and resource coordination.
• Support training and provide coaching to junior staff; use MS 365, GIS, Smartsheet, and scheduling tools.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management science with emphasis on project/construction management or bachelor’s degree in construction technology, Electrical or Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related technology field with a minimum of 6 years of project/construction management work experience

Associate degree in Construction Management Technology, Project Management, Electrical or Civil Engineering, or related technology field with 8 years’ work experience in the electric industry, or project/construction management/oversight

High School graduate or equivalent with 10 years related experience in electric industry or project management/oversight
